Academic Journey

This feature will allow you to see your students' transcripts with their past courses, currently enrolled courses, and future course requests, all in a single view. You will no longer need to view the course requests and transcripts in separate windows.

An example 11th-grade student is shown below. Note how you can see their past 9th and 10th-grade courses, their currently enrolled 11th-grade courses, and their 12th-grade course requests. This feature will allow you to see if your students are on track for graduation, whether or not they will have a rigorous senior year if the previous courses they took make sense, and if they have rigorous course requests in their next year. These are a few ways that you can utilize this new feature. 


Steps for viewing Academic Journey

  1. Go to the Abl Scheduler

  2. Click on the Students board and use filters to find specific students

  1. Search for the student or students you want to see the Academic Journey for and hit Apply Filters

Please note, for this information to be displayed properly, you would have to provide the course requests, transcripts, and currently enrolled transcripts.
