Examine Staff Equity

The Staff Board is an easy place to review data related to the courses assigned to a teacher.

Make sure you are in List View on the Staff Board and then use the sortable columns showing Unique Courses Taught to validate that staff numbers meet the expected load for courses taught for the school year and per term. While on this screen, schedulers can also review many other aspects of teacher equity. Use the sortable columns to ensure that all teachers are within range for:

• Scheduled & Assigned Sections

• Non-course Sections

• Average Section Capacity

• Sections at Capacity

• Total Unique Students

• Student Load for various populations: IEP, 504, EL, and GT.
