Filter Any Board

Filter Courses

Useful when creating sections, this would be the main reason to filter this board. You can also filter by advanced courses for strategic scheduling and courses with missing seats. 

Filter Staff

Use this filter to look at a smaller sub-section of staff members when placing sections

Filter Students

This filter is helpful for checking course requests. You can audit and analyze course requests. You can also check student info by demographic, and scheduling groups, or check for IEP and EL. Another useful filter would be to filter after enrolling students to check if schedules are complete.  

 

  1. Click the filter icon near the top-left of any board to apply a filter.

  1. Apply filters by selecting from the checkboxes, or searching the specific resource(s) you wish to view and click Apply Filters

  1. The board will update to list only the resource(s) matching the filter criteria. The count of resources displayed will also update.

  2. To clear any applied filter(s), go to the More Filters menu and click on Clear All Filters at the top right of that window.
