How do I clear student placements?

1. Navigate to the Students Board and filter to the group of students whose placements you would like to clear. 

2. Click the Actions drop-down and select 'Clear Unlocked Placements'. This will remove all unlocked student placements.

A few helpful considerations:

• The default placement for any student who has been manually scheduled (i.e. not the result of a tumble) is locked. If you wish to clear locked placements, as well, just click 'Unlock Student Placements' before clearing all placements.

• This action cannot be undone, so ensure that you have filtered to just the students whose placements you wish to clear.

• Tumble will change unlocked student placements if 'Preserve Student Schedules' is not turned on. So there may not be a true need to clear placements.
