Identify Course Requests Were Changed in Abl
The Change Log is an easy way to monitor which course requests have been added and removed for students in your school. This list serves as a source of documentation to remind you which students’ schedules have been edited or impacted by scheduling decisions. Use it to communicate with staff and students about noteworthy changes made or course request trends.

Access the Change Log from any individual student’s schedule.
Click on Schedule Students to get to the Student Board.
Click anywhere on the student's information to open up his or her course requests
Select View Change Log
All edits to student requests appear in the Change Log along with the username of the person who made the change, the time and date it was edited, and the reason indicated for any removals.

There is a menu of reasons to choose from when deleting a student course request. The option selected when removing a course request will appear in the Change Log and cannot be edited later.
