Identify the Number of Students with IEPs in a Section

Using the Section Details Report

The Section Detail Report shows all sections and sortable information in one view.

1. Navigate to the Staff Board

2. Click on the Bright Ideas lightbulb icon in the upper right corner of the screen

3. Select All Section Details by Department

4. Click on the column header for IEP Programs to sort the column and identify sections with  potentially high numbers of students with IEPs.

Using the Section Inspector

The Section Inspector allows you to look at courses and sections individually to view demographic information of enrolled students. 

1. Navigate to the Course Board

2. Click on a course name to bring up a list of sections

3. Click on a section to open the Section Inspector

4. If there are students with IEPs in that section there will be a tab called IEP. Click this tab to see the number of students with IEPs requesting the course and enrolled in a specific section, respectively.
