Incomplete Student Schedules

To ensure as many students as possible have complete schedules, filter the Student Board to see students with incomplete schedules, review their options, and hand-schedule them.

The Incomplete Schedules filter finds students who have any unscheduled core periods. During setup and data import, you will have the opportunity to designate whether each period is a core period in which all students are expected to be scheduled or an auxiliary period that is used for instruction outside of the conventional school day.

Find Incomplete Schedules

1. From the Student Board, click on "Schedules" and then "More Filters"

2. Select the "Incomplete Schedules" option and click "Apply"

3. The board will update to only list students who have incomplete schedules. The count of students will update to match the number of students meeting the filter criteria.
