Manually Schedule Students

Student schedules can be manually modified one of two ways: via class rosters, or via the student details screen. To modify a class roster, see the article Manually Modify Class Rosters

To Modify a Single Student's Schedule

  1. Navigate to the Students Board and filter to the student whose schedule you need to modify, and click on their name

  2. At the top of the screen you will see the student schedule broken down by period and beneath this is a list of requests and where they are placed on the student schedule - empty circles represent times that sections of the course is offered; filled circles with a check mark represent the class in which the student is currently enrolled.

  3. To remove a student from a currently-enrolled section, click the blue check mark, then click Remove Student from Section

  4. To add a student to an existing section, click an empty circle, then click Add Student to Section
