Navigating the Abl Scheduler

Landing Page

When you log into Abl Scheduler you will land on the homepage and see:

• Syncing Environments: This is your active scheduling environment where you will build your schedule for the upcoming school year.

• Non-Syncing Environments: These are inactive environments where you can see what you've done in the past or use them as a training environment.

Dashboard

Click on Open Dashboard. You will see 4 tabs labeled Prepare, Plan, Place,and Perfect. These tabs will display a series of reports for students, courses, requests, staff, and other sections of the Abl Scheduler. 

While you can use these reports to access different sections of the Abl Scheduler, it is recommended to go into the scheduler and use the advanced features within it. 

Accessing the Scheduling Environment 

To access your scheduling environment, click on the name of the upcoming year.

Scheduler Navigation

Once you are inside the Abl Scheduler you'll see icons on the left side of the screen for Courses, Staff, Students, Rooms, and Data Manager. Watch this video for a quick tour!
