Seat Tally by Period

Understanding how many seats are available each period by grade level is a key tool in deciding where to place sections. Use the distribution of seats created by grade level and semester to identify where you can place more or fewer course sections as you build. 

View Seat Tally by Grade Level

1. Navigate to the Staff Board

2. Click on the name of a period at the top of the screen to see the seat tally for that period as well as singletons scheduled into that period

Example: Comparatively few seats have been created for 9th-grade students during second period. Consider placing more 9th-grade core courses at that time.
