Update Students in the Data Manager

In the Data Manager schedulers can modify the following attributes of students:

  1. Active/Inactive

  2. Grade Level

  3. IEP

  4. 504

  5. EL

  6. Expected Grade Year

  7. Team/Cohort/Other Groups

Modifying Student Attributes

  1. Access the Data Manager from the the School Account page (right) or from any of the boards (left)

  2. Modify student attributes as needed

A note on deactivating students: when deactivating a course, Review the Deactivate Student dialogue and confirm that you understand that the student will be removed from any enrollments and their course requests will be deleted. Click 'Deactivate Student' to complete the action.
