I haven't finished everything, what do I do?

If you noticed that the progress bar of a course is not 100%, follow the steps below to see which tasks are incomplete.

1. Expand the Study Plan by clicking on the arrow located at the right side

2. To find an incomplete task, look for the blue icon. Once it has been completed, the icon will change to a green check mark.

3. Once you have completed all the tasks, you should see a 100% Study Plan Progress like this.

4. Once you have achieved 100% Study Plan Progress, the course will appear in the Completed tab of your My Learning hub.
