What do I do if BL Connect is blocked in my district?

If you’ve already reference https://betterlesson.atlassian.net/l/c/UsdbZcLp and are still having issues accessing BL Connect, your district’s IT department may have implemented an additional security layer that restricts accessing external webpages.

If this is the case, please contact your district’s IT department to request safe listing BetterLesson products.

The IT department will need to safelist the following domains:

  • *.betterlesson.com

  • *.betterlesson.io

  • *pendo.io (used for in-app guidance)

If you are using a school-issued device and continue to have issues accessing BL Connect, we recommend contacting your school’s IT department so they can determine if your browser has been set up appropriately.
