I’m not seeing student talk correctly in my class report.

The most common reason why student voices are not being picked up correctly is when the audio file is not a high-quality audio recording of your classroom. If you are using a laptop to record, but it is located far from where students are speaking, you can try using a different device that can move to a better location.

If you prefer to use your laptop, we have a few recommendations as well:

  1. If possible, position your laptop near where your students are talking. This will help get a better recording of students’ voices.

  2. Use a Chrome or Firefox browser. Other browsers (Safari, Edge, Internet Explorer) are not recommended due to their unreliability.
